Founded in 2017, We’ve been dedicated to the construction world in developing augmented reality software to allow field workers to save time and money in their validation walks. Since the beginning we’ve moved from mobile devices.

We focus on General Contractors working in the MEP/AEC world of construction.

You will receive an email with your next steps into learning how to use our app and software. These will go over everything you need to be successful with our applications.

We currently have the MobiLive app for mobile devices and HoloLive for the HoloLens 2. Our plugins currently support Navisworks Manage 2020 and prior, and Revit 2020 and prior.

If you are ordering within the US, your HoloLens 2 may take up to 3-5 business days. Any international orders will take 5-7 days and will include shipping charges

No, however you will need a device capable of running augmented reality software be it on tablet, phone, or HoloLens 1.

As Distributor Managed Partners to Microsoft, we are required to sell the HoloLens 2 in a bundle that includes our software.

Any warranty behind the HoloLens 2 will have to be brought up with a Microsoft Representative. VisualLive does not offer a warranty service upon purchase.

When you start your free trial, we will email you your first steps into getting started with VisualLive software. Our technical support specialists are also available to help you every step of the way if you have any questions.

We have several flexible placement methods in order to align the model with reality. We do not require the use of GPS services and can operate completely offline for restricted or protected locations.

Models will take 10 minutes to process and send to the applications. Larger models may need to be broken down into ‘zones’. Tutorial videos are available to show you how to break down large models if the need arises.

It is possible to use Bluetooth headphones with the HoloLens 2 to allow a focus on what you are working on

Using our plugins for Navisworks Manage/Simulate and Revit. We also have a manual method to upload files from programs like Inventor, SketchUp, etc…


It is possible to make the holograms more solid or transparent when needed by pressing the buttons on the left side of the HoloLens.

Yes. We are Microsofdt Mixed Reality resellers for the HoloLens 2 so it is possible to purchase a HoloLens from us.

Mobile devices work best as a visualization tool for walkthroughs, presentations, or QA. Whereas, the HoloLens device works best as a tool to get all of your jobs done efficiently.

The HoloLens 2 has 4k cameras.

Absolutely. HoloLive works with both the HoloLens 1 and the HoloLens 2.

Remote Working

It is possible to share your view from the HoloLens to multiple people. The best way to do this is to start a group meeting in Teams and then invite the HoloLens user to the active call.

Yes. However, it is also possible to record a video of your walkthrough in the HoloLens if Wi-Fi connection is not available in the field. The video can then be sent to the team at a later.

Make sure that your meeting application is downloaded to the device (Zoom, GoToMeeting, Teams, etc…) and join the call with your group. From there you can share your screen and open MobiLive to do a live walkthrough.

Correct, Microsoft Teams is required for Remote Assist
